Note: If you created your Singa account using Facebook, you must visit your Facebook settings to reset or change your password.
Change your password
Log in to your account page.
Click your user from the top right
Click Account
Click Modify next to the password column
Type your current password and the new password
Click Update password
Reset your password
Go to the password reset page.
Enter your email address or Singa username and click Recover password.
Please check your inbox for an email with the subject “Change your Singa password.” If you haven't received it within 10 minutes, check your junk mail folder.
Click the link in the email.
Type your new password.
Retype your new password in the 'Confirm new password' field and click Set new password.
Do you have issues changing or resetting the password?
Check your spam folder and all your email folders
Try requesting the email link again. The link is valid for one hour from the time of request
Make sure you are using the same email address you used when registering with Singa
Try resetting your password in your browser at singa.com (not just in the app)
Update the Singa app to the latest version
