Duet songs are designed for two singers. In the duet version, the lyrics are divided into two vocal parts, making it easy to follow each singer's turns on the screen.
Selecting a duet song
Search for the song you want using Singa's search function.
If a duet version of the song is available, it will appear in the song list as its own version ("duet").
Select the duet version and start singing.
How does a duet work?
In a duet song:
The lyrics are shared between the two singers.
The screen clearly shows which singer has their turn to sing.
In some songs, the singers sing alternately, in others together.
The background music and karaoke video work normally, but the lyrics are adapted for two singers.
Tips for a successful duet
Agree in advance who will sing the first and second parts.
Follow the lyrics and turn markings on the screen.
Use two microphones for the best experience.
Practice the song once before the performance if the duet is new to you.
Can I sing a duet song alone?
Yes. You can sing all the parts yourself or leave out one part.
Are duet versions available for all songs?
No. Duet versions are only available for songs that have been added to Singa's catalog.
How do I recognize a duet song?
Duet versions are marked as duet songs in the song list, making them easy to distinguish from regular karaoke versions.
Note: The duet feature does not connect singers remotely, but is a karaoke version of the same song adapted for two singers.
