Using Singa with a different device or in a different location
You can sign in to your Singa account on different devices and use it in different locations. Singa works on computers, smartphones, tablets, and supported Smart TVs, so you can enjoy karaoke wherever you are.
However, please note that a Singa account can only be actively used on one device at a time. If you want to switch to another device, log out of Singa on your current device first, then sign in on the new one. Using the same account on multiple devices simultaneously may cause playback or functionality issues.
Examples
Start singing on your phone at home and later continue on your tablet.
Sign in to Singa on a Smart TV while visiting friends.
Use Singa on your laptop while traveling.
As long as you are logged in to only one device at a time, you can access your Singa account from different supported devices and locations.
Here is how you sign out of Singa
On Singa Web
Open Singa in your browser and make sure you're signed in.
Click your profile icon in the top-right corner.
Select Log out from the menu.
On the Singa Mobile App
Open the Singa app.
Go to your Profile or Account settings.
Tap Log out.
Once you've signed out, you can log in again on the same device or sign in on another supported device using your Singa account credentials. If you're experiencing login or playback issues, signing out and back in can often help refresh your session.
