Using Singa with a computer
Internet connection:
We recommend a fast broadband connection (at least 10 Mbit/s) or a fixed connection to use Singa. You can test the speed of your internet connection here: https://fast.com/
Browser:
We recommend using the latest version of Google Chrome or Firefox to ensure the best Singa experience.
Using Singa with a phone or tablet
iOS:
We support iOS phones and tablets running iOS 11 or later.
Android:
We support Android phones and tablets running Android OS 4.1 or later.
Using Singa on a smart TV
Singa is available, e.g., for the latest smart TV models from Philips, Sharp, and Sony with built-in Android TV and several Android TV boxes. Unfortunately, the use of Singa with the TV browser is not supported. Also, Singa does not yet support Chromecast.
Does Singa have any specific computer hardware requirements?
Singa is designed to run on most modern computers and does not require a specific computer model. However, for the best experience, we recommend using a device that meets the following guidelines.
Minimum recommendations
A modern Windows or macOS computer
A stable broadband internet connection
An up-to-date version of a supported web browser (for browser-based use) or the latest Singa application (if applicable)
Performance considerations
Singa's performance depends more on the overall responsiveness of the computer and the quality of the internet connection than on a specific hardware model.
For the best experience:
Keep your operating system and browser up to date.
Close unnecessary applications if your computer is running slowly.
Use a reliable, high-speed internet connection, especially when streaming karaoke content.

To ensure smooth playback, we also recommend:
Using updated audio and graphics drivers.
Testing your internet connection if you experience buffering or playback issues.
Do I need a specific computer model?
No. Singa does not require any particular brand or model of computer. As long as your device is reasonably modern, meets the recommendations above, and has a stable internet connection, it should run Singa smoothly.
