Can I record audio or video in Singa?

Unfortunately there is no feature for recording and saving your performances for copyright reasons in Singa. You are allowed to use Singa as background music and record your performance with another device though.

If you like to share videos from your performances to social media that can be done, but make sure the lyrics of the songs are not visible on the video. It is advisable to look into the terms and regulations of the platform you're using before posting content including music or other copyrighted content.

More information about copyrights can be found for example here.

Can I download Singa songs to my device?

Singa is a karaoke streaming service, which means all songs are played directly over the internet instead of being stored locally on your device. Because of this, it isn’t possible to download karaoke tracks as audio or video files. Karaoke content on Singa is licensed for streaming only. This ensures that:

  • Artists and rights holders are compensated each time a song is played

  • You always get the latest, most accurate song versions

  • Content stays secure and can’t be distributed as files
