Change or reset your password

You can change your password if needed or in case you have forgotten your password, you can always do a password reset.

Note: If you created your Singa account with Facebook, you need to go to your Facebook settings to reset or change your password.

Change your password

  1. Log in to your account page.

  2. Click your user from the top right

  3. Click Account

  4. Click Modify next to the password column  

  5. Type your current password and the new password

  6. Click Update password

    Reset your password

  1. Go to the password reset page.

  2. Enter your email address or Singa username and click Recover password.

  3. Please check your inbox for an email with the subject “Change your Singa password.” If you haven't received it within 10 minutes, check your junk mail folder.

  4. Click the link in the email.

  5. Type your new password.

  6. Retype your new password in the 'Confirm new password field' and click Set new password.
