When you cancel, your Premium subscription will be discontinued at the end of the current billing cycle, and your account will then revert to our Free tier service (Singa Freemium). With a Freemium subscription, you can sing five songs a day free of charge.
Depending on how you signed up on Singa, there are a few different ways to cancel your subscription. If you are still determining the payment method you have used, please visit your online bank and find your latest payment receipt to see which provider you have used - Singa, Google Play, or Apple. After that, choose the correct payment method below:
Cancelling a Premium subscription via a mobile browser:
Open the browser app on your device (for example, Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, or Safari).
Go to the website www.singa.com.
Log in with your Singa account (username/email + password).
Tap your user icon in the top right corner.
Then choose Account
Tap Subscription
Then select Manage
Press Cancel Subscription
If you'd like, you can provide feedback and choose a reason for the cancellation. Then, click Cancel Subscription.
All done! Your subscription has now been successfully cancelled.
After your subscription is successfully cancelled, your account will show the service's end date.
Cancelling a Premium subscription via a desktop or laptop browser:
Log into your account with your Singa user name/email + password
Click your user account (top right) and click Account

3. Click the Subscription tab (left) and under Plan, click Manage.
4. Tap Cancel Subscription.
Subscription purchased via Google Play (Android)
If you have made your Singa subscription by using your Android device or Android TV, you can easily cancel your subscription through the Google Play Store.
Open the Google Play Store account page.
Find the Singa app from the subscriptions list.
Select Cancel Subscription.

Subscription purchased via Apple Store (Apple)
If you have made your Singa subscription through the Singa iOS or Apple TV app, the cancellation must be done through your Apple ID account.
To cancel, please follow Apple's instructions for canceling.
Or follow these steps:
Go to Settings on your device → click [your name] → click iTunes & App Store.
Click your Apple ID at the top of the screen.
Click View Apple ID. You might need to sign in or use Touch ID.
Click Subscriptions and find the Singa app from the list.
Select Cancel Subscription.
NOTE: Per Apple's cancellation policy, your subscription might renew if you don't cancel more than 24 hours before your renewal date. For Apple's refunds, please see their instructions here.
