When you cancel, your Premium subscription will be discontinued at the end of the current billing cycle and your account will then revert back to our Free tier service.

Depending on how you signed up on Singa, there are a few different ways to cancel your subscription:
 

Subscription purchased via Singa website

  1. Log into your account.
  2. Navigate to the 'Billing' tab and in 'Plan' click Manage.
  3. Tap Cancel Subscription.


Subscription purchased via Google Play

If you have made your Singa subscription by using your Android device or Android TV, you can easily cancel your subscription through the Google Play Store. 

  1. Open the Google Play Store account page.
  2. Find Singa app from the subscriptions list.
  3. Select Cancel Subscription.

Subscription purchased via Apple Store

If you have made your Singa subscription through Singa iOS app or Apple TV app, the cancellation needs to be done through your Apple ID account. 

To cancel, please follow Apple's instructions for canceling.

Or follow these steps:

  1. Go to Settings on your device →  click [your name] → click iTunes & App Store.
  2. Click your Apple ID at the top of the screen.
  3. Click 'View Apple ID'. You might need to sign in or use Touch ID.
  4. Click 'Subscriptions' and find Singa app from the list.
  5. Select Cancel Subscription

NOTE: Per Apple's cancellation policy, your subscription might renew if you don't cancel more than 24 hours before your renewal date.
