You can log in to Singa using either your Singa username or your email address. The password is the same for both. If you don’t remember which email address is associated with your other account, you can find it by entering your email address on the password reset page here.

If there is no Singa account associated with the email address you entered, you will receive the message "The username or email address you provided is not linked to an active Singa account." If there is an account associated with the email address, you will receive password reset instructions there. Please also check your spam folder.

There are three ways to log in:

  • With your email address/username and password

  • Through your Google account

  • Through your Facebook account

Sign in with email or username

When you log in with your email address or username, you’ll use the password you created when you set up your account. If you’ve forgotten your password, you can reset it by following our instructions. You can only log in to Singa using the email address you used to create your account.

Sign in with your Google account

With Google Sign-In, you log in to Singa using your Google account. When you click the "Continue with Google" button, a Google sign-in page will open. If you need to change your Google account password, you can do so directly on the Google platform.

Sign in with Facebook

Just like when logging in via Google, when you log in via Facebook, you’ll sign in to Singa using your Facebook credentials. Please note that when using Facebook login, you’ll need to change your password through your Facebook account settings. If you’d like to switch from Facebook login to regular login, please follow our instructions.

If you need to change the email address currently linked to your Singa account, you can find instructions on how to do so by clicking this link.
