If you are not sure which email you used to subscribe to Singa Premium, you can find out by doing the following:
Try logging in with different emails
Many users have multiple Singa accounts (e.g. free and Premium with different emails). Here's what you can do:
Log out of Singa
Log in again with different emails you may be using
Check if Premium is showing as active
Check your emails
Search your email for Singa-related messages:
Search for keywords: “Singa”, “receipt”, “Premium”
Also check your spam folder
Look specifically for these:
order confirmation
payment receipt
cancellation confirmation
These will show you which email the subscriptions was placed with.
Check the subscription platform
Singa Premium can be purchased on the Singa website, through Apple or Google.
If you ordered through the App Store:
Check your Apple ID email
If you subscribed through Google Play:
Check your Google account email
If you subscribed from the Singa website:
Check the email you received your payment/order confirmation
Still can't find Premium?
Try also these:
Think about all the emails you may have used to create your Premium subscription or your Singa account
Check your Singa accounts saved on different devices (e.g. phone, tablet, computer browser)
Try different email addresses at https://singa.com/login/forgot. If the email you entered has a Singa account, you will receive instructions to reset your account password in that email.
