Sign into Singa
On the Singa Mobile App
Open the Singa app.
Tap Log In.
Choose your preferred sign-in method:
Email
Google
Facebook (if your account is linked)
Enter your credentials and tap Log In.
On the Singa Web App
Go to the Singa login page.
Select your preferred sign-in method.
Enter your credentials.
Click Log In.
Sign out of Singa
On the Singa Mobile App
Open the Singa app.
Tap Settings (gear icon).
Select User Account.
Tap Log Out.
You have now successfully signed out of your account.
On the Singa Web App
Open Singa in your web browser.
Click your profile icon in the top-right corner.
Select Log Out from the dropdown menu.
You will be signed out and returned to the login page.
Troubleshooting
If you're having issues with Singa, signing out and back in is a recommended first step. If the issue persists, try the following:
Refresh the web page or restart the app.
Check your internet connection.
Clear your browser cache and cookies (web version).
Update the Singa app to the latest version (mobile app).
Restart your device.
