  2. Sound comes from the wrong device

  3. Sound cuts out intermittently

Troubleshooting steps

If you're experiencing audio issues in Singa, try the troubleshooting steps below.

Check your device volume

Make sure your device volume is turned up and not muted. You can also test audio in another app (such as YouTube or Spotify) to verify that sound is working normally on your device.

Check your audio output device

Audio may be playing through a different device than expected.

  • Mobile devices

- If you're using Bluetooth headphones or speakers, try disconnecting and reconnecting them. You can also temporarily disable Bluetooth and test audio again.

  • Computers

- Check that the correct audio output device is selected in your operating system settings. This may be:

  • Built-in speakers

  • Headphones

  • External speakers

  • HDMI-connected TV or monitor

Check external speakers and connections

If you're using external speakers:

  • Make sure they are powered on.

  • Check that all cables are securely connected.

  • Verify that the correct input source is selected on the speaker.

  • If you're using a USB or HDMI audio device, make sure it is selected as the active output device.

Restart Singa and your device

A simple restart can often resolve temporary audio issues.

  1. Close the Singa app or browser tab.

  2. Restart your device.

  3. Open Singa and test audio again.

Update or reinstall the app

If you're using the Singa mobile app:

  • Update the app to the latest version.

  • If the issue persists, uninstall and reinstall the app.

Try another browser

If you're using Singa in a web browser, try opening Singa in a different browser and check if the issue continues. You can also clear your browser cache and refresh the page.

Using HDMI?

When a TV or monitor is connected via HDMI, your device may automatically route audio to that display. Check your device's audio settings and make sure the correct output device is selected.
