Reporting faulty songs supports a cleaner, more reliable, and fair music streaming environment for everyone involved. Here is how to report a song to us at singa.com or in the Singa app.
How to report a song using a computer browser
Go to singa.com and sign in to your Singa account
Open a song you want to report
Click Settings from the bottom right
Click Report a problem with this song
Choose the reason for the report and click Report song
The song has now been reported to us!
How to report a song using the Singa app
Go to the Singa app and select the song you want to report
Tap the screen and click the gear icon at the top left corner of the screen
Tap Report
Tick the boxes that describe the problem and press Report song
I reported a problem with a song and it hasn't been fixed yet. What's the holdup?
The karaoke publishers maintain songs and lyrics. Whenever you report an error, we pass it on to the publishers. Unfortunately, getting the fixed versions of songs and lyrics back from them can sometimes take some time. That said, whenever we get songs fixed from our partners, we swap out the faulty content and replace it with fixed content as quickly as possible.
