Singa allows you to pay with several different payment methods, a detailed list of which you can find below. Choose your preferred payment method when placing your subscription, and follow the instructions provided on the page. Note! If you experience issues with your chosen payment method, please contact the payment service provider.
For recurring Premium subscriptions:
Singa offers monthly and annual subscriptions as recurring subscriptions. The subscription will continue automatically on a monthly or yearly basis until you cancel it.
Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Cartes Bancaires
Available globally. To successfully use your debit or credit card, you must have electronic payments marked as allowed on your card. Contact your bank for more information. We do not currently accept prepaid cards, even though our payment portal can process them. The banks may still allow the transactions to go through. Prepaid cards may run successfully one-off transactions, but are often declined on recurring transactions.

Online banking payment via Klarna

At checkout, choose Klarna as the payment method and fill in the required details
You will be redirected to Klarna’s payment portal – log in or create a Klarna account
Select Pay in full, then choose Pay by bank
Select your bank and proceed to online banking via QR code or in your browser
Authenticate and confirm the payment. After the payment, Singa Premium will be available immediately
For non-recurring Premium subscriptions:
Singa offers single-purchase passes for 2 days, 1 month, 3 months, 6 months, and 12 months. Single purchases are activated immediately upon purchase and are valid for the selected period.

Klarna:
Available in: Australia, Austria, Belgium, Canada, Czechia, Denmark, Finland, France, Greece, Germany, Ireland, Italy, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, the United Kingdom, and the United States.

Can I pay with Singa e-invoice or email invoice?
At present, we do not offer e-invoices or email invoices to consumer customers. Our service is primarily built around digital payments to make paying as fast, secure, and hassle-free as possible. Consumer payments are handled as online bank or card payments, which are visible immediately and activate the service without delay. This reduces manual processing, billing errors, and potential reminders and delays. E-bills and email bills are only available to business customers who have different billing processes and accounting needs. However, we constantly monitor our customers' wishes and develop payment methods as needed.
