I can't log in to my Singa account. How do I fix this?

If you can't log in to your Singa account, see here how to fix the problem.

If you are unable to log in to your Singa account, please follow the steps below. Most login issues can be resolved by making sure you are using the same login method you used to create your account.

Step 1: Check your login method

There are three different ways to log in to Singa:

  • With your email address and password

  • With your Google account

  • With your Facebook account

Note: If you try to log in with a different method than the one you originally used to create your account, you may be logged into a new account and will not be able to see your Premium subscription, playlists, or favorites.

Step 2: Resolve the issue based on your sign-in method

Signing in with an email address and password

If you are signing in with an email address and password:

  • Make sure that your email address is spelled correctly.

  • Check that your password is correct and does not contain any extra spaces.

  • If you do not remember your password, select "Forgot your password?" on the sign-in screen and follow the instructions sent to your email.

  • If you do not receive a password reset email, please also check your spam folder.

Signing in with a Google Account

If you created your Singa account using Google Sign-in:

  • Select Continue with Google.

  • Make sure you select the same Google Account that you used to sign up.

  • If you have multiple Google Accounts on your device, make sure the correct account is selected.

Signing in with Facebook

If you created your Singa account using Facebook Sign-in:

  • Select Continue with Facebook.

  • Make sure you are logged in to the correct Facebook account.

  • If you are unable to log in, log in to Facebook first and then try again.


I don't remember how I created my account

If you're not sure which login method you used:

  • First try resetting your password using your email address.

  • If you don't receive a reset email, try logging in with Google.

  • If that doesn't work, try logging in with Facebook.

Always use the same login method you use to access your account in the future.


If you still can't log in

Try the following:

  • Update the Singa app to the latest version.

  • Close the app completely and reopen it.

  • Check your internet connection.

  • Try logging in on another device or browser.
