General information about our discount campaigns
Some of our discount codes are for new customers only and can be used once per Singa account. If you’ve already used the same code before, unfortunately, you won’t be able to use another one. Please also note, that if you have an active Premium subscription, that must be terminated first before you can activate a campaign code.
Our campaigns can be briefly divided into two sections:
The codes shown in advertisements (e.g., Facebook) are exclusively for new customers.
Campaigns sent directly to you by email are also valid for returning customers who have previously used a discount code.
How to redeem a discount code
If you are a new user or if you already have a Singa Free account, do the following:
Go to https://singa.com
Sign in or create an account.
Click "Get Premium" and select Premium subscription.
Fill in your payment details.
Click the "I have a coupon or gift code" field and add your coupon code.
Submit the form and sing songs from the broadest karaoke catalog in the world!
If you already have an active Premium subscription through our Web platform, do the following:
If you have an active Singa Premium subscription, you have to terminate the subscription and use the coupon code when re-subscribing
If you already have an active Premium subscription through iTunes or Google Play, do the following:
The coupon code is incompatible with iTunes (Apple) or Google Play. If you have an active Singa Premium subscription through either service, you have to terminate said subscription before re-subscribing and using the coupon on our Web platform.
Please note:
After the discount period, your Singa Premium subscription will continue at the regular price. You are free to cancel the subscription at any time.

Problem solving
If, for example, you are a returning customer who has received a campaign offer directly by email but for some reason the code cannot be activated, we recommend checking the following points first:
Try redeeming the campaign using a different browser. Code activation works through a computer browser (e.g., Google Chrome). Activation does not work on a phone, tablet, or TV, as our codes are not compatible with Google or Apple.
Check that the code is valid and has not expired
Clear your browser’s cache and browsing history, then try again. Also try activating the code in your browser’s incognito/private mode.
Check your payment card settings to ensure that online payments are allowed and that your daily spending limit has not been reached.
If you are using a new payment card, make sure the card has been activated by entering your PIN code, for example at a store payment terminal.
Try another payment card or another payment method.
Check with your bank to ensure there are no blocks on payments charged by Singa.
Make sure that your computer’s firewall, VPN, or similar tools are not preventing the payment process from starting on your device or browser.
Briefly, the reasons why the discount code does not work
Code is for new members only: If you are an existing member, you cannot redeem a code that is for new customers only.
Code has already been used: Discount codes are one-time use and cannot be reused on the same account. You cannot take advantage of the same promotional benefit twice.
Promotional terms and conditions not met: Even if the advertisement does not specifically mention a new customer requirement, the code may still be limited to new customers only.
You are redeeming the code on an Apple or Android device: You can redeem the code on a computer browser at singa.com. The codes are not compatible with Apple or Google subscriptions.
You already have a Premium subscription: If you already have an active subscription, you cannot activate the promotion for the same subscription and must cancel the previous subscription.
