Troubleshooting issues with your Android TV
If Singa app is not visible in the Play Store:
Your TV may not run Android TV OS
Your device may be running an outdated OS version
The manufacturer may not support all Play Store apps; try updating the TV software or using another Android TV device
If the app crashes or songs don’t load:
Restart the TV
Check your internet connection (minimum 15 Mbps recommended)
Clear the Singa app cache (Settings → Apps → Singa → Clear cache)
Ensure your TV has at least 1GB of free storage
Older or low-end Android TVs may experience slower navigation or loading times
Audio/video sync issues:
Restart the Singa app
If using external audio systems, check the Bluetooth latency or switch to a wired connection.
