You can try restoring your purchase if you have a Premium subscription via Google or Apple but it seems inactive and you can only sing 3 songs. The reason behind the issue can be something else, so make sure to check the broader help article on the subject in this article.

The details of a completed purchase don't always make their way to our system, which can cause the subscription to not show as active in our system and on your Singa account. This is likely to happen with the App Store and Google Play subscriptions. Please see below for steps to restore the purchase on iOS and Android. Please also note that any refunds and subscription cancellations must always be handled through Apple or Google's own support, because unfortunately Singa cannot process these refunds. In cases where your subscription through Google or Apple is not activated after purchase, we recommend placing your subscription using a computer browser on our website at singa.com.

For subscriptions started via the Apple's App Store:

  1. Open the Singa app on your device.

  2. Open your profile by tapping the profile picture/silhouette in the top right corner.

  3. Find the "Subscription settings" section in the list.

  4. Tap "Restore purchase."

For reference, you can check Apple's guide from here. If you can't restore your purchase and need to request a refund, please see Apple's instructions here.

For subscriptions started via the Google Play Store

Please note that the menu system on Android devices might differ slightly depending on the manufacturer.

  1. Open the Settings app on your device.

  2. Tap "Applications," "Manage applications," or similar.

  3. Tap Singa

  4. Tap "Force close"

  5. Open the Singa app normally.

  6. Check if the Premium subscription is now active (e.g., the app's Profile menu does not mention "Free songs left: 3"

If you can't restore your purchase and need to request a refund, please see Google's instructions here.
