You are asked to fill in your payment information as Singa is a monthly subscription service. After your free trial period, your subscription will automatically turn into a monthly subscription. You can cancel your subscription at any given moment during and after your trial period. 

The form asks for the card number, the cardholder's name, the expiration date in the MM/YY format, and the card's CVC number.
