Can't sign in to Singa? This article will help you troubleshoot common login issues, reset your password, resolve social sign-in problems, and restore access to your account and Premium subscription.
Use the original signing method
You must sign in to Singa with the same method you used originally. The options are:
Email & password
Apple account
Google account
Facebook account
Make sure the email address/user and password are correct
If you get an error about your user/email address, or your password being incorrect, make sure you are using the correct credentials.
Social login issues
If you use Google, Apple, or Facebook to sign in to Singa, make sure you're using the same account you originally used when creating your Singa account. Using a different account may result in a new account being created or your subscription not appearing.
Apple Sign In
When you sign in with Apple, you may choose to hide your email address using Apple's Private Relay feature. In this case, your Singa account is linked to a unique relay email address generated by Apple, not your personal email address.
If you're unable to access your account:
Make sure you're signing in with the same Apple ID you used originally.
Check whether you selected "Hide My Email" when creating your account.
Avoid creating a new account with your personal email address if you originally signed up using Apple Sign In.
Google Sign In
If you have multiple Google accounts on your device, you may accidentally select the wrong account during sign-in.
To resolve this:
Sign out of Singa.
Select Continue with Google.
Carefully choose the Google account you originally used with Singa.
If you're unsure which account you used, try your other Google accounts.
Facebook Sign In
Some browsers or device settings may block the Facebook sign-in process or prevent the login page from redirecting back to Singa.

Update the Singa app to the latest version.
Make sure Facebook permissions have not been revoked.

Many sign-in issues can be resolved with a few simple troubleshooting steps. Before contacting support, try the following:
Update Singa
Make sure you're using the latest version of the Singa app. Updates often include bug fixes and improvements that can resolve login and account-related issues.
Visit the App Store or Google Play Store and check if an update is available.
Restart the app
Close the Singa app completely and reopen it. This can help resolve temporary issues that may be preventing you from signing in.
