I have Premium subscription but I am only able to sing three songs. Why is that?

In this article, we will explain the most common reasons why the app or web page only allows you to play three songs, as Premium is not visible.

Free Singa account

With a free Singa account (Singa Freemium), you can sing three songs per day within the app. The app can still be used to request an unlimited number of songs when connected to a karaoke venue. Do be mindful of other guests though, and make sure everyone gets a go :)

Premium subscribers

If you have a Premium subscription via App Store or Google Play store but the app still only allows you to sing three songs, please first try to restore the purchase following the steps in this article.

If you have a Premium subscription through Singa's website (singa.com) but can only sing 3 songs, it is possible that the Premium subscription was made with a different Singa account/email address than the one you are currently logged in with. You can check your account information by first going to your account settings, located under your username in the "My Account" drop-down menu, and then selecting "Subscription" from the menu on the left.

Account > Billing - here you can check the status of your subscription. If you see the "Get Premium" button, the user account in question is a free account. You can also see the Premium status directly under the user menu, as shown in the image above.

Account - here you will find the email address associated with your subscription. You can update your email address at any time.

You can look through the inbox of your other email addresses, see where the Premium subscription verification was sent to, and then log into Singa using that email address. When done, perform this check again to see if the Premium subscription is visible.

If needed, you can delete a redundant account and keep only the one with your Premium sub, detailed steps here. Please note, that you can only delete an account when there is no Premium subscription active.

If you don't remember your Singa account's password, you can change it with our instructions.
