If you need to update the payment card linked to your Singa subscription, you can easily do it from your account settings. This must be done through the Singa website (not in the mobile app).
How to update your payment card:
Open a computer's browser and log in to your account page.
Click your user from top right and choose Account
Under Account, click Subscription
Under Payment Method, click Add New.
Fill in the card details and click Save New Card.
Why can’t I see the “Payment Method” section?
The payment method section only appears if your subscription was started directly on singa.com. If your subscription was through Apple/Google, the billing is handled there.
What if I don’t see “Add New” button?
Ensure you’re on the Subscription tab of your account page: the option appears only in that section.
Where can I use other payment methods, such as PayPal or Revolut?
Other payment options (for example PayPal Mobilepay and Revolut) are available only when starting a new subscription, depending on your country and device.
These options may appear during the initial checkout when you purchase a Singa subscription
Once a subscription is active, the payment method cannot be changed
On the account billing page, you can only add or update debit or credit cards
If you want to use other payment methods, you’ll need to:
Cancel your current subscription, and
Start a new subscription and select for example PayPal at checkout (if available)
Read more about available payment methods here.
Having trouble adding a payment card?
If you’re having issues saving a new payment card, please check the following:
1. Online payments are enabled
Make sure that online or internet payments are enabled for your card in your bank’s app or online banking. This is a very common reason for card verification failures.
2. Card details are entered correctly
Double-check that:
The card number is correct
The expiration date is valid
The CVC/CVV security code is entered correctly
Even small typos can prevent the card from being saved.
3. The card is valid and supported
Ensure that:
The card has not expired
The card has not been blocked by your bank
The card supports international or online payments
4. Sufficient funds or card limits
Some banks perform a temporary verification charge. If your card has very low balance or strict limits, the verification may fail.
5. Try a different browser or device
If the page doesn’t load or the card can’t be saved:
Refresh the page
Try another browser (for example Chrome, Safari, or Firefox)
Disable browser extensions such as ad blockers
Clear your browser cache and cookies
6. Subscription source check
If your subscription was purchased via the Apple App Store or Google Play Store, payment details must be updated there instead of on singa.com.
Still not working?
If the problem continues, please contact Singa Support and include:
The error message (if shown)
The last four digits of your card (never share the full number)
The browser and device you’re using
This helps us assist you faster.
