Free Singa account
With a free Singa account (Singa Freemium), you can sing three songs per day within the app. The app can still be used to request an unlimited number of songs when connected to a karaoke venue. Do be mindful of other guests though, and make sure everyone gets a go :)
Singa Premium subscription
If you purchased a Singa Premium subscription through our website (singa.com) but can only sing three songs, you're most likely signed in to a different Singa account than the one your subscription is linked to.
Before you begin
Please check the following:
Are you signed in with the same email address you used to purchase Premium?
Open Account → Subscription in the Singa app or on singa.com. Does it show an active Premium subscription?
If you purchased your subscription through the Apple App Store or Google Play, please follow the instructions here instead.
If needed, you can delete a redundant account and keep only the one with your Premium sub. Please note, that you can only delete an account when there is no Premium subscription active. If you don't remember your Singa account's password, you can change it with our instructions.
Why this happens
The most common reason is that you have more than one Singa account. For example, you may have:
signed up with your email address on one occasion
used Continue with Google or Continue with Apple another time
created another account using a different email address
Your Premium subscription is linked to only one account. If you're signed in to a different account, Singa will treat it as a free account and limit playback to three songs.
How to check if you're using the correct account
Open Account → Subscription.
If you see an active Premium subscription, you're signed in to the correct account.
If you see an option to Get Premium or subscribe, you're currently signed in to a free account.
If you're signed in to a free account:
Sign out.
Sign back in using another email address you may have used previously.
Check Account → Subscription again.
Can't remember which email address you used?
Try searching your email inboxes for messages from Singa, such as:
your Premium subscription confirmation
payment receipt or invoice
welcome emails from Singa
The email address that received these messages is usually the one connected to your Premium subscription.
Still only able to sing three songs?
If you've confirmed you're signed in to the correct account but Premium still isn't active, please contact Singa Support. To help us resolve the issue as quickly as possible, include:
the email address you believe is linked to your Premium subscription
your payment receipt or invoice (if available)
a screenshot of Account → Subscription
